40 crab toe touch
30 squat thrust
20 skater jumps
10 star jumps
Circuit 2: 1-10 -Superset Squat front raise and Jump squats

4 exercises, repeat each for 10 seconds, then 20 seconds, then 30 seconds, then 40 seconds (no break!)

Circuit 5: Same as circuit 1, but this time in reverse order.
